Topics include trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, alcohol/drug use prevention, coping skills, self-regulations, anger, family dynamics, and sexual abuse.
$150.00 per hour. Additional costs may apply depending on group size/needs.

This support covers a wide variety of intervention and crisis support. Please reach out to
discuss. Examples include family interventions for addiction or crisis mental health.
Examples for organizations include responding to a sudden death, violent event or natural disaster.
Typically, $75 per hour but price may vary.

Available to groups, organizations, and school districts. Wide variety of topics available including trauma-informed classrooms/spaces, self-care, stress management, and my own Relax Class.
