Topics include trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, alcohol/drug use prevention, coping skills, self-regulations, anger, family dynamics, and sexual abuse.
$75.00 per hour. Additional costs may apply depending on group size/needs.

Available to school districts, organizations, and groups. I will work with you to examine your current strengths and needs, identify programs that address your specific needs, create an implementation plan based on your organization's infrastructure, and assist in initial program implementation. I can provide follow-up program development assistance and changes as needed.
Typically $60 per hour. Additional costs may apply.

Available to groups, organizations, and school districts. Wide variety of topics available including trauma-informed classrooms/spaces, self-care, stress management, and my own Relax Class.
